I would like to interface AD9228 with a PC. I will be using two AD9228, so there will be 8-channel, each at 780Mbps data rate, I don't want to buy two eval board for this.
I will be designing the necessary circuit for the ADC but what are my interfacing options with the PC?

Thanks for your interest in AD9228.
You could use a FPGA to capture the data from the ADCs that can handle the high-speed data and implement a FIFO buffer to temporarily store the data from the ADC before sending it to the PC via a suitable interface like USB 3.0, PCIe, or Ethernet.
