Please do click on "Report Issue" on the lower left side panel after experiencing the issue (after clicking the "Reset Chip"). This will create an email attaching the log file and screenshot of the issue.
Thank you a lot for the quick response, I'll take care of it on Sunday.
In the meantime, complementary information and a question:
The card functions properly when controlled by another computer, both running the same version of ACE.
The main difference between the two computers is that the one experiencing issues running Windows11, while the functioning one is on Windows10.
Is there a known issue related to Window11?

Please raise your issues on Analysis Control Evaluation (ACE) Software forum. They are the ones can answer your question. Please describe your issue when creating a report on ACE software, this will help improve ACE to prevent future issues on windows 11.
