Sample DC and AC simultaneously without losing DC components

Question

Our signal has both DC and AC components, and we want to use AD9215 to sample DC and AC simultaneously without losing DC components, so we plan to use AD8138 DC coupling, is there any problem with this application?

 For baseband applications, the AD8138 differential driver provides excellent performance and a flexible interface to the ADC.
