You can perform parametric search for high-speed ADC converters >10 MSPS. Please fill the categories base on your complete requirements. Also, the product also states if it is recommended for new designs.
The AD9204-20 would be worthy of consideration.

Unfortunettly I need higher resolution (14 or 16 bit) and only these interfaces:
- LVDS or Parallel.
Application SWIR camera for grain sorting.

So far I consider:
AD9248BSTZ-20
AD9251
LTC2140CUP-14

Could you please recommend me which will be the best?

Perhaps the LTC2270 is worth considering since it has the highest dynamic range at 16-bits with very low noise and excellent static DNL/INL characteristics for imaging.

For the driver solution that interfaces to high source resistance imaging sensor (i.e. 5 kohm).....perhaps device below is suitable albeit the setting time may be lacking for 15 MSPS operation which ideally would require settling to better than 0.001% under 66.7 nsec.
