    This part number (i.e. (AD80xxx) is considered a "special" part number assigned to a generic ADI high-speed ADC in which a customer may ask for specialized testing, ext beyond what is done for the generic ADI part.  The datasheet for these "special" parts are reserved for the OEM customer who specifically ordered this part since these customers typically have to pay more for their special request.

    Best guess is that the generic part is the AD9208.  That is the best we can offer.

    I try to used this for ad9208 but I have some troubles!!     
    1. When simulating signals, the low 7 bits are fixed to 0, and the high 7 bits have normal quantized data.2. In the ADC incremental test mode, only the high 7 bits have data, and the low 7 bits are fixed to 0.3. When JESD204B is in incremental test mode, all 14 bits are incremental numbers.

    I no longer work for ADI.  It sounds like you have a JESD204B configuration issue (since you confirmed JESD204 B test mode is working) where one is not allowing for proper mapping of ADC virtual converters to the JESD204B transport layer.  Suggest reading that section of datasheet again to ensure that you are selecting the correct settings based on your ADC digital path configuration.  Also suggest using the transport layer mapping test mode where patterns are inserted for each virtual converter, M, to make it easier to debug.

    Someone from factory will need to support you if you continue to have issues.
