 This part is not supported by Analog Devices and is Obsolete for some time. Might I enquire where you received information regarding this product? 
 What is the nature of your application and maybe we can support with an alternative?

Hello, I no longer work for ADI. It sounds like you have a JESD204B configuration issue (since you confirmed JESD204 B test mode is working) where one is not allowing for proper mapping of ADC virtual converters to the JESD204B transport layer. Suggest reading that section of datasheet again to ensure that you are selecting the correct settings based on your ADC digital path configuration. Also suggest using the transport layer mapping test mode where patterns are inserted for each virtual converter, M, to make it easier to debug. Someone from factory will need to support you if you continue to have issues.
