Couldn't get correct value from ace in explore without hardware mode.

I tried to let my AD9081-FMCA-EBZ work at 4ADC 4GSPS,so I tried to find out what data I should write to which register;Since i don't have a ADS9v2ebz,so I decided to use ace in explore without hardware mode.However apply my change and get the correct datain memory map (it is the default data).When i clicked the apply button in QUICK CONFIGURATION window,,it said:transcation errors:Error applying values:Can‘t stop eRPC server. Permission denied(password).And When i clicked the download button ,it said DownloadErpclog failed。

Can i get the data of register in explore without hardware mode?If i can,can you tell me what shoule i do to get it?
