What do you mean by "connect enable disable pin", which jumper are you using?

Here is the default jumper position for the DC1620A evaluation board, as per the demo manual page 2.

Thanks for replaying.

Sorry it was typing mistake it was the SHDN jumper,

& about  demo manual for DC1620A-LTC2185? its is little bit confusing to me 

because as per data sheet of ltc2185/ltc2181 it has 3 operating mode now if we consider demo manual it showing the board is supporting only **Double LVDS (Default) – double data rate LVDS output mode**  

& in other hand it showing 

it confusing me..

You are correct, the LTC2185 can operate in three digital output modes: full rate CMOS, double data rate CMOS, double data rate LVDS.

But the demo board DC1620A is only configured to support the double data rate LVDS mode.

what is your suggestion about clock i am using these clock CTS CB3 CLOCK CRYSTAL of 40MHz is it OK or NOT 

if not then please suggest cost effective & smaller in size solution

LTC2184 Encode Input Voltage Range is only from 0 V to +3.6 V with an Absolute Maximum Rating of -0.3 V to 3.9 V.

You should use the CTS CB3LV variant with 3.3 Vdc supply voltage. But take note that its jitter is about 5ps rms, which limit the maximum SNR. It should be less that 1ps for maximum performance of the ADC.
