I have received the code and am currently learning this code. 

May I ask if the code you sent me is specifically for AD9273, or is it written for another similar ADC? The reason I am asking is because the AD9273 is a 12-bit ADC, but the code (capture.v) seems to be written for a 14-bit ADC instead.
