Is adc 9059 scheduled to be obsolete?

Question

hello, i got a quresetion about part's obstolete 
 
 i used ad9058 before this part been obsolete because MIL temperature 
 
 but this project dosen't care about MIL temperatrue, just need industrial temperature 
 
 that is why i choosed ad9059, is scheduled ad9059 to be obsolete?
