I am testing digital output test pattern generated by LTC2269 device for in-circuit testing of digital interface.
In the LTC2269 data sheet they gave the serial programming mode Register map, in that to give specified output pattern we write to data format register.
Following is data given in LTC2269 data sheet,
My question is, the observed output pattern is different from what is given in LTC2269 data sheet, the checkerboard output pattern is observed for 111 (bits [5:3]) , and alternative output pattern for 101(bits [5:3]).
Is that a mistake in data sheet, or is there something else to take care that I missed?
