e to modify the sampling rate. The data manual shows Sample rate override (requires transfer register, 0xFF). I did not see the configuration of the 0Xff register in the manual, so I am not sure how to write the value of 0xFF?

Sections below contain the relevant information. It would appear that one would use Reg 0x05 to select what ADC's will be reconfigured according to Reg 0x100 settings and that one would set bit 0 to "1" of 0xFF to update the relevant internal ADC local registers.
