I would like to simulate a differential driver amp, anti-aliasing filter, and the LTC2208 input. These articles shows equivalent networks for some ADC's

The LTC2208 datasheet shows an equivalent network in Figure 2, but it includes some diodes and FETs, which I don't know how to model in an AC simulation.
