Low Latency High-Speed ADC Serial Output

Question

Hello dear community, 
 I am looking for an High-Speed ADC, typically between 0.5 and 2GSPS, with serial output (resolution isn't a matter). 
 Most of serial output ADCs at this speed are JESD204B/C and pipelined, which offers a latency around 55~75 clock cycles. I wondered if there are any other serial output ADC at this sample rate with lower latency ? I don't think I could find this, but the solution I see for now would be to have the highest speed !  Unfortunately, the only ADC with serial LVDS output data that has the highest speed is HMCAD1511/HMCAD1520 with 500MSPS in dual channel mode and 1GSPS in single channel mode (utilizing time-interleaving to increase sampling rate). It has a typical latency of 64 and 128 clock cycles pipeline delay in Dual and Single Channel Mode respectively.
