Hello,
I am using AD9253 4 channels ADC, and sometimes the samples data of one channel is distorted, and when performing FFT on data high harmonics appears.
This problem is very rare such that when I turn it OFF and ON again the problem disappears.
I read in datasheet that clock input should be stable before ADC turn ON. I am using LVDS crystal oscillator with turn on delay few msec.
