Sub-Nyquist Sampling for AD9695

Product Number: AD9695-1300EVM

The datasheet for the AD9695 shows different SNR values with varying f_in (frequency of analog input signal) and maximum sample rate. 

How is it possible that the AD9695 maintains high linearity even when the frequency of the analog input signal is even higher than the sampling frequency? If the sampling clock is at 1.3GHz, shouldn't the maximum analog input frequency be 650MHz?
