    I was informed by an ADI applications engineer named Chris Augusta through a technical support request that I could obtain FPGA source code for the HSC-ADC-EVALC by requesting it on this forum. I'm specifically interested in obtaining the source code for the AD9284 and AD9649 ADCs.
