AD6649 and complex output

Question

Can someone confirm that the AD6649 can NOT be setup to output complex/ IQ data and it will only output real data? 
 The documentation seems to say that the Fs/4 NCO has to be on all the time and it shifts the DC centered data back to Fs/4. 
 but other parts make it sound like that Fs/4 NCO can be turned off. 
 
 So i am looking for confirmation that this part is not capable of outputting data shifted to DC. i.e. Real output only.

Thank you for your interest in AD6649.

The Fs/4 NCO is required in all operation mode.

The decimated signal from DC will be shifted to fs/4. There is no option to disable this block based on the register table.
