Hi john-lazzaro ,
Could you please let me know How much of long-life? Anywhere mentioned?
Generally what is the long-life of the IC?
Is it 10-years or 15-years?
Are there any document/brochure for this part?
Where can I get these information
Here is the official statement:
It sounds like you need more information than is on this page; I'd recommend reaching out via:

Good luck,
Hi john-lazzaro ,
You've not answered for this,

For aerospace & defense products, it can be much longer.
For example, the AD590 first appeared in Analog Dialogue
in 1978, and it's still in production today. It's space-qualified
version has flown by Jupiter and landed on Mars, so it's
been around. But you really have to contact ADI to get
a firm answer on how confident you can be that the particular
part you're interested in will be around 40 years from now.
