Yes, it is correct. The OEB should be interpreted as logic input. The VIL should be from DRVSS to 1V and the VIH should be from 2V to DRVDD.

I have an additional question on AD9226. In the datasheet 48-PIN FUNCTION DESCRIPTIONS, pins 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, and 44 are NC.

On the other hand, in the schematic in Figure 21, pin 5 is connected to GND, and pins 10 and 11 are connected to U7 (74VHC541)

in Figure 22.

Are pins 5, 10, and 11 NC? Or should I follow the schematic?
