Hello,

Try using a different browser like Internet Explorer since we noticed an issue with MS Edge browser.

Hi,

I tried using Internet explorer also but not able to download, could u please suggest something else for downloading the software or can u attach the zipped files that are required for GUI software so that I can install it easily ,which makes tasks even more easier.

Please find the attachment in which I tried downloading the software but failed to do it.
