The configure of AD9253 did not take effect

I want to set the output of AD9253 in  SDR two-lane, bytewise mode,  so modify the value of 0x21 to 0x10,but the output did not effect. I confirm the value has been modified, because  this value is written and read back the same. Could you tell what went wrong?

The test is done on AD9253-125EBZ.

    After power-on, I recommend to write on digital reset SPI_Write (0x08, 0x03) then SPI_Write (0x08, 0x00) then initiate the SPI Register settings. Please refer to Clock Stability Considerations in page 38 of AD9253 (Rev. C) (analog.com).

    I also try your SPI register settings and obtain a waveform for 20MSPS override with FCO of 20MHz (as clock frequency) and uncertain DCO (expecting x8 or around 160MHz) but did not able to capture due to scope constraints. However, I did try on different clock frequency of 15MHz and obtain FCO of 15MHz and DCO of 120MHz (as expected from x8 multiplier). Please see the attached figures.

    Clock = 20MHz; DCO (Green); FCO (Yellow, ~20MHz)

    Clock = 15MHz; DCO (Green, ~120MHz); FCO (Yellow, ~15MHz)
