SYNCINB+/- are typically terminated with 100ohm if it is not terminated on the FPGA side. In the schematic, it shows that SYNCINB+/- are connected to SERDOUT. SYNCINB should be connected to FPGA SYNCOUT.
SYSREF is typically DC coupled.
