Hi
AD9681 Offset Error is +0.21%FSR(typ).
AD9681 input range is 2Vpp.
So Offset Error is calculated 2Vx0.21/100=+4.2mV
Is it right?
Best regards

Hi NKokubo131 , please refer to AN-831 (www.analog.com/an-831) for more information on how offset error is calculated.
HI
I can not access www.analog.com/an-831.
AN-831 is different from application not of ADC.
Is AN-835 correct?

Hi Kokubo-san,
Yes, I believe that AN-835 is the intended document. It must have been a typo.
Thanks,

Hi
Thank you for your reply.
I have one more question.
AD9681 datasheet mentions address x100[5:4]=01 is 14bits resolution and address x100[5:4]=10 is 12bits resolution.
But Address 0x100 default value is 0x00.
If Address 0x100 is default value, Which is the resolution?
Best regards
N.Kokubo
Hi Kokubo-san,
Register 0x100 is an optional "override", in case you want to change AD9681 characteristics for small power savings. You do not need to touch Register 0x100 for AD9681 to operate in its default mode.
Default resolution of AD9681 is 14 bits.
Thanks,
Doug
