Hi, I am considering the AD9432BSTZ-105 (52-Lead Low Profile Quad Flat Package). 
 How much is the value of &Theta;Jc of this IC?

Hi Yuya, 
 Thanks for your interest in AD9432. 
 For the 52-lead LQFP, the data sheet considers only the thetaJA since it determines the thermal characteristics of the package as a whole. The thetaJC is part of the thetaJA. Please see the tutorial note below. Hope this will help.
