AD9284 analog input span discovery

Hello, I recently discovered a bug in your revB AD9284 datasheet, according to datasheet analog input span with 1V REF should be 1.2Vpp. But in my testing I found out that I only get the full span by feeding 1.5Vpp signal to the ADC with 1V default REF.

It seems that my case is supported by REF multiplier of 1.5 in functional block diagram on the front page of datasheet which when fed with 1V gives 1.5V reference to ADC core. And in UG-178 user guide on page 4 says that the analog input span with default settings is 1.5Vpp. This problem really didnt help with my project because I thought that something was wrong with my design.

Also I have another question about AD9284, is the internal output of ADC encoded in gray code by design and it gets converted internally to get the offset binary default output coding?
