I have a question about ADS8-V1EBZ.
I am verifying the operation of the ADS8-V1EBZ and AD9176-FMC-EBZ by request from our customer.
At first, the AD9716-FMC-EBZ worked but it stops working.
The Attached figure is the DPGLite GUI.
"PLL : cpll Not-locked" is indicated in the red rectangle area.
I confirmed using another ADS7-V2EBZ, it indicate "PLL : cpll Locked" and works well.
And then I tested using AD9208-3000EBZ too.
I can configure to AD9208 via ADS8 but I could not get sampled data. ( I confirmed the SERDES PLL locked, on ACE GUI)
The FPGA XCKU040-3FFVA1156E, which is on ADS8, looks to work with the exception that SERDES.
I need the cause of this trouble and solve it.
Could you teach me what problem is occurring on ADS8 and which circuit block should I check?
