LTC2122 odd behavior

Question

Hi 
 I have a board populated with multiple LTC 2122 . All of them are working fine except one 
 If I don't apply signal and receive the digitized data from the ADC I receive 300 - 400 digital level from all channels except one giving 14711 digital level 
 However all ADCs are receiving same clock and supply 
 
 I will be grateful if you can tell me why this behavior is there

is the code always 14711 or just occasionally? It could be a bit that is stuck high. Look at a series of bits to see if there is a bit that is always 1 or never 1.)
