Thank you for your interest in AD9635. Yes, the AD9635 can be driven DC-coupled.
Figure 59 and Figure 60 in the ADA4930 datasheet are examples of DC coupling to low voltage ADCs such as the AD9635. The ADCs shown are not the AD9635, but the concept is still valid.

I am using AD9635-125EBZ eval board (SCH_9645ce01a) to evaluate the performance of AD9635, ADA4930 is already in this board. I will bypass the capacitor for DC coupling.
Do you have another idea of a passive circuit (DC-coupled) single to differential, to drive AD9635.

I do not know of a way to passively do DC-coupled single-ended to differential conversion.
