Given the dynamic nature of an ADC's input impedance (due to switching), how practical is it to employ classic RF matching techniques (tuning out L/C)?

Doing a classic RF matching/tuning technique is fine as long as the application BW is narrow (ie - 100MHz or less). Tuning out a broadband match is more difficult.
