AD9249 Evaluation Board

Hello. I have an question to the following product: AD9249 Evaluation Board.

(1) Is the source code (VHDL) freely available? (Download-Link ...)

(2) I have currently the HSC-ADC-EVALCZ. Can I use the AD9249 Evaluation Board at this without problems?

(3) What is the jitter of the A / D converter?

Thanks.

    Hello Timo,

I apologize for the delayed response.

    (1) I believe the source code we have is in Verilog. Would this be of value to you?

    (2) Unfortunately the FPGA board that works with the AD9249-65EBZ is the HSC-ADC-EVALDZ, which is different from the HSC-ADC-EVALCZ. Mechanically, the connectors of the HSC-ADC-EVALCZ will fit with the AD9249-65EBZ but the FPGA code for the AD9249-65EBZ is written for the HSC-ADC-EVALDZ.

    (3) The typical aperture jitter of the AD9249 is 135fs rms (Table 4 in datasheet).

    Thank you.

    Doug
