We ordered some AD9219 in the 65MSPS variant.
The labels on the devices read "ABCPZ-65".
But the speed grade register has the value "0x01", which according to the manual means 40MSPS.
So how can we find out definitely which version we have?

Hi Gerd,
This certainly sounds strange. I will look into it to see if there is a mix up somewhere, and get back to you as soon as I can. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Judy
Hello,
I believe you have the 65MSPS version. According to the datasheet, the first 4-bit nibble contains the speed grade information. As such, Register 0x02 = 0x01 indicates the 65MSPS device.
Thank you for considering the AD9219.
Doug
Thank you.
The LSB is indeed irrelevant for the speed grade information.
