AD9978A:What is TC_RCPxx?

Hi all 
 What is TC_RCPxx? Datasheet has not explain this register. 
 Could you please explain that register? 
 That register was described in AD9978A Sp.0 Datasheet Page43 Table23 Address 0x7E..81： TC_RCPx_x. 
 What kind of case do you use it for?

By using this register, for each region you can specify the time constant of the OB clamp loop. For example, the default register value of 9 means the time constant will be 2^9 pixels (512 pixels). So, it will take about roughly 2000 pixels for the OB clamp to settle. Decreasing the TC_RCPxx register will speed up the OB clamp settle time, but this could result in line to line noise.)
