I am using AD9272-65EBZ with HSC-ADC-EVALCZ.

I would like to increase sampling rate, so I looked over from the website below:

I think AD9670 is superior to 9272 in every specs.

I am thinking about buying either of AD9670EBZ or AD9674EBZ.

I compared spec sheet, it seems the only difference between them is demodulator. However, the block diagram is same.

I have 2 questions.

1. what is the other main difference between AD9670ebz and AD9674ebz? I main use is collecting ultrasound signal of 10Mhz or 20Mhz.

2. Are they compatible with HSC-ADC-EVALCZ?

The AD9670 and AD9674 are very similar products except the post ADC demodulation/decimation feature on the AD9670. Other than that the two parts have exact features and performance. If you don't need the…

The noise performance is better for the AD9670/AD9674 than the AD9272. You can also run the LNA in a highest gain setting for such a low input voltage. I am attaching here the full datasheet of the AD9674 if you want to take a look.
