[AD9203]internal reference configuration

Question

Hello, 
 The customer had designed their circuit same as Fig. 20 (internal reference set for a 1V span), 
 but there are no output voltages on VREF(0.5V), REFTF(1.25V), REFBF(1.75V). 
 
 I would appreciate if you have any idea that should be checked.

Hi Sofy, 
 Fig 20 that you reference above provides a limited schematic overview showing only the major pin-mode connections required to configure the internal 0.5V Reference Mode (1V Ain Span). 
 If they are truly measuring 0V on all the associated VREF, REFT, and REFB pins it sounds like the AD9203 is not being properly biased/powered-up. Please ask them to check and confirm all the other Power Supply, GND, CLK, STBY, etc., pins are also properly connected and biased similar to the more complete AD9203 Eval Brd schematic shown in datasheet fig 39.
