I have problem with AD9642 digital outputs, the sinewave looks hairy (enclosed picture). I've no idea, what's the problem. The schematic is like evaluation board schematic. I try to shift the phase of DCO clock in FPGA, also I try to compose the bits in many different manners. But always shows the hair in sinewave. Do you have an idea? Clock ?, grounds ?, bit composing?

My second problem, why I can't check digital data by test patterns is because I can only read via SPI (ID code, etc..) Write process (R/W bit zero) is not accepted - nothing happens.
I enclosed my waveforms of write process (programming register 0x0D by value 0x05) - digital output doesn't change to testing pattern, waveform ofread process (reading ID 0x86 successfully) and SPI timing from datasheet.
