 It's a question in the reach of the practicable clock frequency by AD9944 & AD9949. 
 Would I be able to use AD9944 & AD9949 by a frequency of 3-6MHz?

Yes, the AD9943 and AD9944 share the same operating specifications. Just keep in mind that these products are not specified at the slower speeds (3 MHz to 6 MHz) although functionally they should be fine.)
