I just wonder if there power sequence procedure.
My questions are following.
#1, Please tell me the right procedure DRVDD and AVDD.
#2, What happe if either AVDD or DRVDD is supplied?

#1 For AD9609, you can apply DRVDD and AVDD in any order.#2 If either AVDD or DRVDD (but not both) is applied, the part will not function (because it needs both supplies for operation), but there is no other problem I know of with applying voltage to just one supply.

One of our customer said that AD9609 become really hot when AVDD is turned off and DRVDD is applied.
(They told us that they can't touch the device due to the heat, probably over 70℃）
Could you double check if there is a power sequence?
(They are worried if there is a leak pass on the device)
Yes, there is a power-down sequence. I apologize; I only addressed the power-up sequence before.
Do not remove AVDD with DRVDD powered up. Please power-down both AVDD and DRVDD at the same time, or power down DRVDD before AVDD.
