AD6636 BIST module testing, how to configure register

Dear Sir/Madam,

I could control the read and write of the register. However, when I set BIST Control to enable, and set value to timer, input and channle register, the readout value of BIST I/Q Path Signature Register  is still the default value 6636. I thought it should be a randam value, but it doesn't. I wonder  how to set corresponding register.

Thanks.

  • Hi,

The legacy AD6636 was released some 13yrs ago and has been on the "not recommended for new designs list" for many years. Due to this ADI support is primarily limited to continuing to source the legacy AD6636 components for existing legacy customer deployments. In-depth technical or design support are no longer available as the legacy AD6636 Eval Hardware/Software tools are obsolete and no longer compatible with current PC operating systems.
