Do you have any layout example for the AD9674 (or a similar device with a BGA package) and more specifically for decoupling capacitors? I searched the engineering zone without finding any specific example for the AD9674 or similar circuits. Some experts recommend placing the decoupling capacitors under the device as close as possible to the power pins they decouple others around the device. For large capacitor values the location is usually not critical but for small capacitor values the location is more critical. I have 4 AD9674 and I would like to design it right the first time.
