Compare AD6674-LF 1000EBz vs  AD9680-LF1000EBZ / AD9234-LF 1000EBZ

Incidentally, all of the above mentioned devices (AD9680, AD9234 and AD6674) are the same die with different programmed behaviour. The AD9680 and AD9234 are 14-bit and 12-bit versions of the same die, with the AD9234 also having limited digital features as opposed to the AD9680. This places the AD9234 as a lower cost alternative to the high linearity high dynamic range part which is AD9680. The AD6674 is a communications receiver which by default operates as a 7-bit converter. You will have to use the digital down converters all the time to get the full 14-bits of dynamic range. For what you are wanting to do, each one of these devices could work. the question here is the dynamic range and the linearity requirements of your application.
