AD9461 DCO problem

Are you providing a valid clock to the AD9461? Are you checking the DCO using a scope?

I have checked the clock.,It is OK. yes I am seeing the DCO using Scope.

 Whether It is possible that it can't work due to improper connection of Grounding Pad(EP)?

I am a bit confused now. Earlier, you mentioned that "the DCO outputs are not coming", but now, you say "I am seeing the DCO using Scope". I am trying to understand what exactly the issue is here that you are facing. Can you please provide more information?

What do you mean by improper connection of the grounding pad? Are you saying that in your layout, the EP is not connected to GND? If so, then there is a high possibility that the ADC may not function.

I mean , I am checking the DCO output using scope and DCO is not coming. Yes in my layout EP is properly not connected to ground.

If EP is not connected to GND, then all bets are off.The datasheet clearly states this
