AD9460 LVDS Voltage Level

Dear All:

The AD9460 datasheet show ,test mode always show DRVDD=3.3V working voltage but AD9460 datasheet page.22 show DRVDD 2.5V to 3.6V ,So DRVDD can support 2.5V working voltage ,if use DRVDD=2.5V the AD9460 will there be any problem?? and LVDS bus level is the same 2.5V???

Hi,

I am confident that the DRVDD supply would be OK down to 2.5V for CMOS mode, but LVDS mode could be a risk. The specification table gives a range of 3.0-3.6, I would recommend 3.3V for the DRVDD in LVDS mode.
