The min/max tolerance of the 2V Internal Reference Output was not specified when this device was released some 20+ yrs ago. Unfortunately no further detail is avail. As noted in the "Reference Operation" section of the datasheet customer's may prefer to use an external reference for designs requiring enhanced accuracy and/or drift performance. In this case, the external reference source might offer more detailed min/max specifications.
