hello,firstly,Thank you for your patience to answer my questions,and The chip AD9633 is still not working properly.as shown in the figure above,The main controller fpga sends the read command, the address is 0X02, I only read the value of this address, so w0, w1=0, a12-a8 are all zero, why read out the number is not correct?This figure is display from signalTap.
as shown in the figure above ,in the left figure,ts is 2ns illustrated in datasheet ,but in the right figure,this time is 16ns.
Is this ts the minimum time?

Noise will likely cause the LSB or maybe the two LSBs to toggle. Is this what you are seeing?
More noise will increase the number of bits toggling.
How does noise come about?Why does singaltap see waveforms that are different from what the program writes?
There is noise in ALL integrated circuits. A few of the many types of noise that affect practical ADCs are thermal noise, 1/f noise, phase noise and quantization noise. Doing a web search on these will yield a lot of information.
I'm sorry but I do not know anything about SignalTap, so I cannot comment on that.
With AD9633 there is a feature to output a known digital test pattern without using SPI. Pin 30 SCLK/DTP can be used to output a 1000 0000 0000 pattern without SPI, to help with data capture issues. Please see the SCLK/DTP section of the AD9633 datasheet for more information.
Thank you for your patient answer. I observed the waveform with an oscilloscope and tested it with 100 ohm matching resistance at the backend. I found that the amplitude of fco was 2.5v, but the amplitude of dco was only 500mv.
Shouldn't the amplitude of signal fco and dco be the same?
I expect the amplitude of the FCO signal and DCO signal to be the same.
