Unrecognized USB device on HSC-ADC-EVALCZ

Good day

I am using the HSC-ADC-EVALCZ to collect data from an ADC Evaluation board.

It was working properly for a day. I tried to use HSC-ADC-EVALCZ again the next day, I get the following message:

Windows 7 detect unrecognized usb device .

I reinstalled the Visual Analog software. I tried different PCs with different operating systems.

I used different USD cable. None of these have worked.

Can you please tell me how to fix this problem?

    Hi,

Please insure that you are logged into your PC with admin access permissions when installing VisualAnalog. This will insure the drivers are properly installed. Were any other Windows updates or installations performed between the working/non-working time intervals?

I assume you initiated a clean system restart with the Eval Hardware disconnected from the system as part of your debug? If using an external USB Hub please try bypassing it and connecting directly to the PC USB port to see if it recognizes the HSC-ADC-EVALCZ Hardware.

Beyond that its possible something may have failed with your hardware setup. Please contact the authorized ADI distributor from which you purchased the HSC-ADC-EVALCZ and they can help initiate an RMA for warranty replacement if applicable.

    Best Regards,
