We are interested in the AD9653 converter. We understand that we need the pack AD9653 plus HSC-ADC-EVALCZ to evaluate the ADC, is that right? If so, how much it costs? and more important, it is included some VHDL code exmaple to control the AD9653?

Here is a discussion about using the FMC interposer with the AD9633, which is the 12bit version of the AD9653 https://ez.analog.com/fpga/f/q-a/84486/interfacing-ad9633-eval-board-with-ml605-using-an-adi-working-reference-design/84700#84700 . The AD9653 and AD9633 use the same evaluation board.
Regarding the sample FPGA code, the AD9681 is a 14bit 8-channel ADC that uses the same LVDS outputs as the AD9653. The FPGA capture board we use for the AD9681 is the HSC-ADC-EVALDZ and HSC-ADC-EVALEZ. Here is an example of AD9681 capture FPGA code written for Virtex6.
Of course the pin assignments are specific to AD9681, but the capture method also would apply to the AD9653. This code is provided freely, as-is, and without guarantee.

So, I understand that we could evaluate the AD9653-125EBZ board using an own virtex6 based board, as long as it has a FMC port, using the FMC interposer (EVAL-ADC-FMC-INT), isn't it?
Another option would be to use the HSC-ADC-EVALDZ (which has a virtex6) with the AD9653-125EBZ and modify the pin assignment, isn't it?
If so, where can we purchase one of these FMC interposer and theHSC-ADC-EVALDZ? Because I can not find the option to buy it in the product pages and in many distributors they seams to be not available.
Using the EVAL-ADC-FMC-INT with AD9653-125EBZ and your own FPGA board, would require some additional steps.
Using the AD9653-125EBZ with HSC-ADC-EVALDZ has another set of challenges.
As noted both the HSC-ADC-EVALDZ and EVAL-ADC-FMC-INT are no longer in production. For the EVAL-ADC-FMC-INT, I know this is not an attractive option but the information to build your own board (layout, schematic, BOM) is on the website.
I'm sorry but I think the easiest would be for you to buy an HSC-ADC-EVALCZ..
