    Hi,
    

    I find missing codes on AD7606.
    

    I use different configurations making this same observation: internal ref, external ref, range 5V, range 10V, change of equipment to source the input ramp, change of equipment to capture codes, change of separate equipments to force Avcc and vdrive, conversions @200 kSps, 100kSPS, and even 24Sps. Internal ref and external reference have  10µV VAC. Trials with other parts.
    

    My test card is routed with layout guidelines found in datasheet
    

    Ramp is slow enough to theorically have 15 same consecutive conversions.
    

    Trials have been done between codes 2000 and 19000. I never have any missing codes between  2000 and 9000 but between 9000 and 19000, I always have about 500 missing codes.
    

    If somebody has ever encoutered missing codes on ad7606, I would be so happy to chat with in order to solve this mystery :)

      What voltage range are using in your ramp? What range are these codes missing? Is it a certain range within 9000 and 19000 or do you have a narrow range? Would you be able to show a plot, Vin vs Code?

        (At first, by the way of analogDialogue Support, an Applications Engineer EMEA Centralized Applications Center (CAC) answered my request and he  is working on it since this afternoon ....I wouldn't like you  to work in duplicate and loose your time.  Slight smile)

        I use a ramp between 0 and 6V, 
        

        What range are these codes missing?Is it a certain range within 9000 and 19000 or do you have a narrow range? 
        

        9000-10999: 1 miss, 11000-11099: 3 miss, 12000-12099:6 miss
        

        13000-13099: 28 miss, 14000-14099:27miss, 15000-15099: 51 miss
        

        16000-16099: 68 miss,    17000,17099: 118 miss, 18000-18099:138 miss
        

        19000-19475: 73 miss  (19475 is the max code)
        

        

        Would you be able to show a plot, Vin vs Code?
