[AD9851] IBIS model for signal integrity simulation

Product Number: AD9851

I was looking for the IBIS model for AD9851 to run some simulations related to signal integrity. However, I could only find the IBIS model for AD9850. Can I instead use this IBIS model for AD9851?

Hi HarnTung ,

Apologies but I could not confirm it as I'm not an IBIS expert, but I can see that AD9850 and AD9851 have differences in terms of sample rate, maximum Iout, AD9850 has integrated PLL, and differences in power consumption. So, I think it is safe to say that they're not compatible.

You can find it here AD9850 Datasheet and Product Info | Analog Devices .

Just scroll down to tools and simulations and you can find a link that will give you the IBIS model.

Hi HarnTung ,

I understand that you need the IBIS model for AD9851. Yes, you're right that it is not available online right now. However, if you really need it, you have to request it through your local field applications engineer and have it process for you.
