原理图是这样的。 测量得到的REF10V与AGND的内阻为42.89MΩ,D15V由LDO提供电压。 在空载的时候,测量D15V处电压为15.09V,测量REF10V与AGND之间的电压为11.4V左右,并且一直往下掉,半分钟后 REF10V与AGND之间的电压为7.9V左右 。请问为什么会出现这样的问题?
